ARTICLE WRITING GUIDELINES

Indonesia Neuro-Ophthallmollogy Society’s (INANOS) Journal is a scientific publication in Neuro Ophthalmology which published every six months using a peer review system for article selection. This journal accepts case report articles for an ophthalmologists.

Case Report

Case report is an article in ophthalmology that are considered interesting and important to be disseminated. Structured format for a case report consist of title, abstract, background, case, discussion, and reference, all must be written in English.

Manuscript Submission Guideline

The writer could submit their article, by contacting the editorial team through jurnalinanos@gmail.com or via website inanosjournal.org

The article should not be previously published or in another journal submission process, by signing a statement or copyright letter which has been provide. If it noticed that the article has been published in another journal, then in the next edition of INANOS journal, the article will be annulled.

Article Writing

Article should be written in English, with paper size 21 x 29,7 (A4), margin 2,5 cm, Arial font size 11 and 1,15 space. The article should be written in 2 columns, with maximum 10 pages. Each pages should be given a sequence page number, started from title page until last page. Article should be uploaded/sent in doc. Or docx. format.

Article Title

In the title please write the complete title of your article, full name of authors without academic degree, afiliations of authors, and the corresponding name and email address. Article title should be written in simple, specific and represent the paper. Article title should be no more than 14 words or 200 characters, written in capital letter with Arial font size 14, bold, single space and center alignment.

Abstract and Keyword

The abstract written in single column, Arial font size 10 with single space. The structured abstract form consist of (background, case presentation, conclusion) with maximum 250 words. Please write maximum five keywords to accommodate indexing and written alphabetically.

Figure Presentation

Photo/figure must be numbered according to the appearance in the script. The figure title placed under the figure, written in title case with arial bold font size 10. The maximum amount of photo/figure is 5 and figures should be converted in images format (.jpg, .jpeg,.png or .bmp) when uploaded. Photos of people who may be recognized must be accompanied by written permission. 

Acknowledgment

Acknowledgment should be written if needed to those who contributed to the paper in a matter of article’s funding, technicality or institutional support.

References

References written in Arial font size 10, space 1, Vancouver style. It should be given a sequence number according to the order appearance in the article. The author’s name is listed a maximum of the first 6 peoples, followed by et al. The minimal amount of the references are 10 which are published in the last 15 years. Avoid using abstract as a reference, if there is material that has been sent for publication but has not been published, referred to by mentioning unpublished articles. Authors are advised using reference management software, such as: Mendeleyâ, EndNoteâ, atau Zoteroâ.
